Brecht, (Limburg, Belgium), the founder of Brecht Van Dam salon, has had training and experience with Coiffure Salon Jaspers for 1 year, then went on to further better his skills by working with well known TONI&GUY in Belgium, and attended multiple creative cutting courses in London. He has now opened his own salon alongside Samantha, colour specialist, in the heart of the European Capital, with the goal of providing excellent cuts while continuously listening to you and your every hair need. Samantha, (Durban, South Africa), is a colour specialist with 8 years of experience from TONI&GUY Belgium, including foundation and creative training in London and Antwerp academies. Not shying away from a challenge, Samantha will take the time to advise you about what is the best colour journey to bring out the best in your hair. After having met Brecht at a previous job, Samantha was inspired to join him in opening a new concept salon.
Opposite the Senate, but being close to the lively centre of brussels, the salon welcomes all clients. Whether you are looking for a refresh of a classic style, or wanting a cut and colour to turn heads, this is the place for you.
Brecht and Samantha believe that the key to excellent results is to provide an environment in which the client feels relaxed and happy. The idea behind the salon is for it to feel like you have walked into a comfortable and relaxing space, hence the large reception area, filled with original art pieces and authentic retro furniture. As well as providing high quality hairdressing, the salon is also an art gallery, where, in collaboration with Les Memoirs de Jacqmotte, you can buy the artworks. Currently featuring a range of styles, you can purchase pieces by Christian Dewulf (also featured in Sothebys, London), Steve Jimenez, Antonella Mellini and Nadine Van Antwerpen.
